Question: What if you aren't sore for days. from working out.?
First time i ever worked out my whole body was super sore for couple of days. but after that i've only been sore for 1hour to 2 hours. then its normal. i can not lift any more weights thought until the next dayHealth Question & Answer

Change up your workout. Do some different variations to work the body parts. I seldom get sore, from just working out. You may just be getting in shape. Health Question & Answer

Your body is just getting used to working out even if you change the weights. I recomend lower the max weight you do about 5-10lbs and increase the reps (The # of times you lift the weights or do the excersizes).Health Question & Answer
