Question: Diet..I'm 5'5 and weigh 140, i want to lose 15 to get back to 125 pounds.?
I plan on running on a treadmill, 30 minutes and increase up to 45 minutes mon-friday, along with doing things like cruches, and other little workouts, but as far as food, i dont know what to eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner that will actually help me. So I'm looking for good meal plan i guess you would call it. Like ideas on what to eat for breakfast lunch dinner and snacks. Thanks Health Question & Answer

try some ruby red grapefruit juice to help suppress 'ur hunger. but ur diet is VERY good. keep it up, stay away from white flour n go easy on the simple carbs like refined sugars in cakes n donuts etc. if not at all. i would eliminate pasta n other starches. Eat whole grain breads like 100% whole wheat n rye n some wheat pasta (if u must eat pasta) but stay away if possible so u can start 2 get down 2 where u feel good about ur weight. like loose 20 pounds or so then u can start 2 eat more carbs but go slow on that even then when u feel like u achieved a good weight 4 'urself so u can maintain that weight n don't eat after 9 pm n eat VERY light in the morning like a yogurt and grapefruit juice -worst comes 2 worst- try some prune juice but don't be hard on the prune juice cause it will give u the runs but keep it steady over a period of time -also lay off the cheeses n high saturated fat foods like fries, like i mentioned b4 ,cakes, burgers(plus red meat isn't that good for u anyway) don't starve urself but keep it steady so u dun crash. , eat whole gain healthy cereal, (not fruit loops or cap'n crunch) yogurt, oatmeal with organic sugar and/or with honey and also try peantbutter sandwiches with honey instead of jelly nd fruits 2 satisfy ur sweet tooth. and also use honey or 100% pure maple sypur 2 sweeten stufHealth Question & Answer
