Question: How can I make it so I can eat more food, but still mantain my weight.?
Ok, so these past few weeks or so, I have been dieting to lose some weight. I've reached my goal weight now, but I still have to eat around 1000-1200 calories a day to maintain it. This really bothers me, especially because I feel like I haven't had a substantial meal in the longest time. So, as my question asks, how can I make it so I can eat more food, but still maintain my weight.? And I already exercise a lot with field hockey, even though the season is almost over. After the season is over, I just plan on running most days. Is my metabolism change irreversible.? Do I have to live with eating cereal for breakfast, and then a sandwich, fruit, vegetable for both lunch and dinner.? I don't think I could handle that... And, if I drank more water, it would probably help because I would go to the bathroom more often, but every time I drink more than, like, 15 oz a day, I gain a lot of weight the next day! So, I also feel as though I haven't drank any water in such a long time, I never noticed how good drinking water feels until now. How can I drink more water without gaining water weight.? Please, how can I stop living such a food-conscious life, but still stay at my ideal weight.?Health Question & Answer

Well you should eat 5-6 small meals a day not just 3. This helps your metabolism stay running. And DRINK MORE WATER!!! The only reason you are gaining water weight is that you are depriving your body of water so it will hang on to everything that you give it. Your body will stop reacting that way if you drink more water. Right now it doesn't know when your going to give it any more water so it holds on to what it gets. Try drinking at least 8 glasses of water a day big glasses. Then wait a week or so before you weigh your self again. I bet you loose more weight. But you have to drink that all the time. It's good for you. 15oz of water a day is hurting you in more ways than you could know.Health Question & Answer

go to a shop and look for some mints or chewing gum, look for one that say sugar free on it and read the ingredients. if it has sorbitol in it then buy it. eat as many as you can. sorbitol is a laxative if you have enough you will poop you weight away. note. may have uncontrolable squirts of runny poop out *** during the dayHealth Question & Answer
