Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and three other small meals scheduled throughout the day. The goal is to eat every 2.5 to 3 hours.
Focus on foods such as steak, chicken, fruit, milk, vegetables, cheese and assorted types of nuts. It's recommended to eat 4 - 6 pieces of fresh fruit a day, and at least four tall glasses of milk. Milk is a great, cheap protein source - take advantage of it. A sample snack meal would be a glass of milk, an apple, and a hand full of peanuts.

Well you can blame your metabolism for that. Some people just have enough metabolism to burn a hole in their intestines... I envy you guys.

Anyway, I have friends you are like that. Even though they eat a lot, they're still skinny. They are taking vitamins and some pills to help their appetite, so I guess you could consult your doctor about that.

To tell you the truth, I was like you when I was a kid. I was so thin that my parents brought me to a doctor to have a check-up because they think I'm malnourished haha.

The doctor prescribed some pills, and now my metabolism went down and stayed there. I like my current build, not fat not skinny. Though my brother insists I build on some muscles.
