Eating healthy is not only about your weight - it's about health, feeling well, getting energy and preventing illnesses, too. I can understand you are really busy, but taking those few extra minutes to consider what you eat will give you so much more energy.
You'll need to prepare a lunch box either in the evening or in the morning before going off. Make a salad with for instance bits of cold chicken or turkey, lettuce leaves, chopped tomato, fresh onion and paprika. Or make a pasta salad with feta cheese, tomato, olives and freshly chopped parsley - sprinkle with olive oil and vinegar. Or try kidney beans mixed with tuna fish, a boiled egg, some paprika and onion. Make a dressing with yogurt light and light mayonnaise. Add a slice or two of dark bread and you have a great, nutritious meal that will keep you going for hours.Health Question & Answer

It is feasible to lose weight quickly but you should be realistic and comprehend that if you lose weight rapidly then you will without doubt put it all back on again just as rapidly. I lost 10 pounds over the past few weeks when I had a special celebration to attend, and I did it by following the guidance supplied on the site in the box below.Health Question & Answer

Is getting heart disease or diabetes convenient.? What's inconvenient.? Having to spend 1/2 hour at the stove cooking a good meal each night or dying at the age of 40 of heart disease.
Choices hey.?
My hint would be spending that 1/2 hour every night and cook double the amount. I work full time and boy do I feel lazy and not feel like cooking but it's what you have to do.
If you cook double of your healthy meals you can pack them into single serves, put them in the freezer and take them to school/work.
There's NO excuse to chow down on crap every night because 'there's no time'Health Question & Answer

You have to pick. Do you want health or convenience.? You're not going to get both. The only thing that I could suggest to you is to set aside one evening per week to cook your meals for the entire week. Separate them into plastic containers, so that you can just grab them and go.Health Question & Answer
