yeah u get skinny but girl.. u gonna have this sick look
which is why i kinda quit it cos everyone kept on saying i look dreadful like i was sick.
that lowers your self esteem even more than when u are fat rly.
but if u decide to give it a shot.. heyy go ahead.
drink lots of water (uggg i hate having low blood pressure.. u gonna feel cold even in summer) ..if possible do not puke just chew the food and throw it on a bag do not pass it!..
