I lost 10lbs in 2 weeks...?!


Question: I lost 10lbs in 2 weeks....?
Am I on the right track.? I get so frusterated! I feel like I'm controlling myself, what i'm eating. Last night my parents treated my husband and i to pizza, I had a huge salad and a half piece of pizza. I wouldn't normally eat pizza but It looked so good.
Anyways, Am I doing good.? I guess I'm just looking for people to say "way to go!" type thing if 10lbs in 2 weeks is good.
The 1st week i lost 5, now I lost another.

It is normal if these are the first two weeks of your diet. It is always like that: at the beginning you lose more.

After a month this process will slow down. When it start to slow down you have to find way to keep the weight loss temp.

Normal temp is about 1-1,5kg per week.
