Question: Please help me lose weight, or get toned.?!.?
i am almost 16, 160 pounds and almost 5'4.
i wanna get to around 145-140.?
maybe less.
or else i just wanna get toned.

You can do it! You have a reasonable goal and can absolutely achieve it.

I've been on the Eat 4 Your Blood Type diet for a year and a half and am thrilled with the results. I am very strict about adhering to it, I don't drink any sodas or consume sugars and I walk wherever possible rather than take the train or a taxi.

I suggest lifting weights 3 times a week as well. It sounds like a lot, but if you get yourself toned now you will be very grateful well into your twenties and thirties for doing so. It's about a change in perspective and learning to love doing healthy things for your body. With healthy caloric intake and an active lifestyle you'll notice a physical difference and a change in your emotional outlook as well.
