i respect and like ur style. just work out and cut back on sweets, and greast food, and especially soda. change to water, u loose a lot of weight that way. stick to fruits and veggies. i recommend bananas, berries and apples. and try eating veggies with water in them, like cucumbers. and as for workout, im dancing 13 and a half hours a week and im 14. im not saying do that, bcuz ull gain a lot of muscle. im not fat, just muscular, and being muscular u like to eat A LOT. try do ab work like crunches, or try swimming. dancing is also rly good also cuz it burns fat all over ur body. and a personal favorite of mine is pilates. its a rly good work out, and u feel goo after doing it. hope this helps! good luck!Health Question & Answer

Ok, since you dont want any of that heart crap mumbo jumbo here is the deal. when ever you drink water or milk or beverage, make sure its cold. your body will try burning up calories, dont go overboard. also try eating cereals or foods like pastas or grains with fiber to keep you full. do not puke on purpose. exercise NO MORE THAN THREE TIMES A WEEK otherwise you will get sick. If you get tired of exercising walk for half an hour every day. whenever you're free try stretching as this can make you grow a bit taller, when you sleep make sure your body is straight. the taller you are the weight becomes less from what i know. second off, you wont be 100 pounds, you just wont. you cant lose 50 pounds miraculously, but itll take months. now there is a reason you're 150 and not a super skimpy 100, obviously it could be genetic. always go to a doctor or dietician, since you're a teen you will grow a lot more, if your school has sports try tennis or swimming because this will work your arms, legs, neck, and overall body. and lastly, not to be rude, but you sound like a brat. you really are 13, enjoy life otherwise by dieting you can gain even more weight. and it is too much weight to lose that fast, itll take a year or two, dont be so superficial. again go to the dietician or doctor to ask about your physical conditionHealth Question & Answer

All those "diet plans" out there usually don't work, and the ones that do are only short term fixes, and people end up gaining the weight back anyway.
I found the easiest way to lose weight was to eat VERY healthy, and keep as active as possible, even if that means taking walks everyday, as often as you can. Having headphones/music on while walking or excercising will really help because it passes the time quickly without you even realizing it.
The biggest thing is that you NEED to have willpower to keep active and commit to eating a healthy diet. If you can't do that, you won't have a chance at keeping a normal healthy weight. Cut down on snacks as much as possible too. Having a good breakfeast is always a good way to give you lots of energy for your day too.Health Question & Answer
