Question: I'm skinny but my stomach still looks fat... help.?
Short story goes: I used to be overweight at 225 lbs, lost a lot of weight over the past year, now I'm 170. I'm pretty skinny, if I look at myself from the side I look pretty small and thin, and I've got some good muscle tone in my chest and especially my shoulders, but problem is, from the front, if you had no depth perception you would mistake me for a fat person.

My stomach isn't wide or sticking out, it's just terribly shaped. It just looks gross and fatty, like it was squished together or something. I don't know exactly how to describe it. Anyway, it's about the only thing preventing me from taking my shirt off outdoors now (which is something I've been afraid to do since I was 13, and it's a freedom I really want to earn).

Can anyone with similar problems or knowledge on the subject help me out.? I'd greatly appreciate it.

I would focus on doing ab workouts. There are tons of great exercises for this. I'd check the Men's Fitness website.

Well, surgery might be the only way, because its an excessive amount of skin from your previous weight.
