want to gain weight...the read, absorb and do this:
DO THIS
3 times a week
- Bench press variation
- Overhead press variation
- Wide/narrow grip pull up/lat pull down
- Bent over row or seated cable row or single arm db row
- Heavy squats and light deadlifts or vise versa
Vary you set rep ranges:
Monday - 5x5
Wednesday - 3x8
Friday - 3x10-12
Make sure you are consuming 1.3 grams of protein per kilo of lean bodyweight and make sure you drink 2litres of water a day.
Eat properly (3000+ clean calories a day)

100g porridge oats + scoop of protein + banana whizzed in to a smoothie
2 eggs on wholemeal
Snack
Chicken Salad on wholemeal bread
Lunch
Baked potato with tuna + Sweetcorn or chicken breast + salad
Cereal bar
Snack
50g of unsalted nuts + 25g beef jerky
Pre workout
Protein + maltodextrin/dextrose shake
Post workout
Protein shake
Banana + peanut butter on wholmeal bread
Dinner
High protein but carb light meal.
