I started to workout and see that I lack energy. I bought some ENSURE to drink once a day with my lunch. My friend told me that ENSURE will make me gain weight and I WANT to LOOSE weight. is this true.? It has so many suppliments, that's why i thought it would give me more energy.Health Question & Answer

no the one that gives you energy....there are different kinds of ensure there is one specifically made to gain weight it must say on it "to help gian or maintain healthy weight" I drink that one so I know this for a factHealth Question & Answer
