Is it worth starvaring myself for this occasion [please read]?!

Question: Is it worth starvaring myself for this occasion [please read].?
So, I really want to lose about 15lbs for the Halloween dance.
Im not HUGE, but I am pudgy.
I perticularly want smaller thighs.

I would do about 150 crunches a day.
And eat between 200-600 calories daily [some days less some days more].
Do you think Id be able to lose the weight.?

After the dance, I would go to eating normally [1000 calories] and exersizing.

So, do you think doing this will totally mess up my health that bad.?
Like, will I gain weight once I eat the 1000 calories.?
The dance is like 2 weeks away.

If so, any other tips for smaller legs.?

Tks, :].Health Question & Answer

You put your pic on here the other day and asked a similar question. You are not fat and dont need to lose weight. Just be yourself!Health Question & Answer

ok not to offend, but before i even read your details i had an answer - NO OCCASION IS WORTH STARVING YOURSELF FOR!!! and 1000 calories a day is too few, let alone the amount you're proposing; your body needs at least 1200 calories to function properly, even without moving around at all (so you should probably be getting about 1500-1600 at minimum). just eat lots of really healthy stuff like lean protein, whole grains, and tons of fruits & veggies, and supplement it with some cardio exercise (run, walk, sports, aerobics, whatever) & some calisthenics (like crunches, etc). i know you probably will discard my advice, but i know people who have been hospitalized, had heart attacks, or even died because they didn't give their bodies enough calories. be healthy & love yourself!!Health Question & Answer
