How do you find motivation to lose weight?!


Question: How do you find motivation to lose weight.?

Change your mindset. . . don't think of it as, "I HAVE to lose weight."
Think, "I WOULD LIKE to lose weight."

also, those who work out just because they enjoy it, or because they are trying to maintain good health, tend to lose more weight and keep it off. So don't work out just to lose weight. . find some sort of exercise that you enjoy, and do it because you enjoy it.

Don't get yourself down, either. Tell youself that you can do it. And don't allow those nasty negative thoughts to enter into your mind.

Your just have to keep thinking about how good your going to feel when you have reached your goal and if you dont do it now then your never going to do it. I tell myself im sick of always having no confidence in my looks and i want it to change. Just keep going you can do it if you really want to :) Health Question & Answer

What I do when I put on weight is I hang my favorite clothes all over the place. Like favorite pair of jeans, dresses, skirts, etc... That motivates me to lose weight
I also put on one of my favorite dresses, take a picture, then set it as my desktop background! Seeing how awful I look in my favorite dress everyday works, trust me! Hope that helps :)Health Question & Answer

First look in the mirror in your underwear and then put on an outfit that compliments you; tape record yourself. This is so when you play back the tape you can write down what your facial expressions were and also write down everything you said about yourself. Next, step on the scale. How do you feel about you.? Ask yourself how healthy do you feel everyday.

If your getting bored of a workout, do something else!
Like go jogging with a friend (less likely to back out of that!)
If you have a dog have a running race with it, i do that with mine Its fun.
Attend some aerobic classes.
Join a gym.
Put some music on and do some fast dancing
