Question: I have been working harder than ever on my diet, but I gained wait, what gives.?
have been dieting for quite a while and have gone from 183 to my low at 162, but these last two days I stuck to my diet and ran for 45 minutes both days, burning around 820 calories each run, yet my weight went from 162 to 166 in two days....what am I doing wrong.?Health Question & Answer

The weight gain could be one of 2 things, you are PMSing... some women can gain up to 5 lbs. with water weight. Once you're "finished" the weight should come back off.

You aren't doing anything wrong. We have a saying at Weight Watchers: It doesn't always come off on Saturdays. Stick with your diet, and believe me I know just how hard and frustrating it can be, and continue exercising and you will live a long healthy life. I lost 50 lbs. this past year and a half. As I said it isn't easy or always understandable, but I can tell you it is a lifelong endeavor for most of us who have once gained weight. Good Luck and hang in there.Health Question & Answer

you r not doing anything wrong....remember mussel weighs more than fat so u r losing fat and gaining mussel. stick to what you are doing and try measuring you waist and hips i'm sure you will see much change. my waist was 92cm and now its 83cm but i just lost a kilo so don't worry weight is not a problem jus what you look like now is what you need to worry about of which i think you are smallert than you wr wn you wr 162 pounds.also you need to weight yours no more that once in two weeks.i hope this much will help.
