Question: Stomach swelling and huge weight gain in a week.?
so i am noticing that lately my stomach has been swelling , ive been working out but its not enough to make it swell. also i have been the most hungry ive ever been this week in my entire life. and within the week i almost gained 8 pounds. that's crazy, i dont understand.? ive been working out 6 hours a week at least for over a year so its not like my body is just learning to crave calories its losing, and the gain is not in muscle tone , my stomach looks huge, and i cant stop from being hungry, i eat and then im hungry an hour later.? whats up with that.? how can i lose this weight quickly Health Question & Answer

I will not say pregnant like everyone else, lol. It sounds like bloating and water retention to me. Cut out sodium as much as you can for one week (including diet sodas, they are very high in sodium.) also, avoid foods that bloat you, and red meats for the week, I'll bet it helps the bloating and drops the fake weight gain.Health Question & Answer

TOO MUCH FIBER! If your eating that fiber one crap, then stop. It will do that to you. I know what the box says, but seriously, if your worried about fiber, eat celery. They put other stuff in those fiber one bars. It did this to me too. And everyone at work cause someone was bringing the stuff. Health Question & Answer

your're getting hungry so fast because your motablism is high you're burning off calories but you have to eat at least 3 to 5 times a day, your meals has to be healthy food though and small portions, your body is looking for something to burn off that's why you're hungry. that really works. you can't starve yourself trying to lose that makes you gain, it causes bloating and your body stores fat and releases it in small quantities because it has nothing to burn and the more you starve yourself the more build up of fat in your stomach.Health Question & Answer

It sounds to me like you are either pregnant or on a carb/starch kick. Try eating starches (bread, pasta, rice or potatoes) only ONCE a day! It's a LOT harder than you may think and you may not have ever noticed that you were eating more of them because they are so easy to find. They are like drugs! You crave them naturally for the energy rushes and they just pack on the pounds!!! I have had your "symptom" since I turned 21. It was like someone flicked a switch. Now I'm 40 and I'm finally doing something about it. I'm a starch addict and I am desperately watching what I eat. I have to journal it for my doctor and it wasn't until then that I REALLY realized!!
