its only to much water if its having an adverse effect on your health. the main problem with to much water is a low sodum (salt) level which can make you very very tired. apart from that its difficult to drink to much water as your body needs it. diffrent people can take diffrent amounts of water, but the rule is the more the better usually. as long as you are eating enough as well, a problem ive seen alot is people drinking to make themselves feel full so they can avoid eating. this leads to vitimin deficencies and in severe cases malnourisment, if you dont have a good diet and drink alot of water it will be bad for you. if you are exercising you need alot, as you are using up what allready in your bodyHealth Question & Answer

Water is very good for you, I have a problem with not drinking much at all. But my cousin is a health teacher for public schools, and he himself drinks 2 gallons of water faithfully each day, give or take more or less 2 gallons/day. Hope this helps.Health Question & Answer
