Question: Help how can i loose weight by the time im 17.?
im 16 and will be 17 in february.
im size 14 now
and i want to be size 8 or 10 then,
i want it done by christmas but im not sure if its possible and i don't know how,
currently i suffer from panic attacks which doesn't allow me to go out or to the gym but i have one of these:

only difference is my counter at the front the battery has ran out.

is there any way i can do this.?.?

you can update your progress online and it works
my mom lost 85 lbs in about a year and a half

Please do not take this the wrong way but you are a young woman under pressures from you peers and so called fashion magazines that are encouraging young woman to be size 8-10 when they should be what they are size 12- 14.
You are now suffering panic attacks because of this and you need to be referred to councillor by your Doctor he will Listen and give you the right advice on how to overcome your panic attacks and anxiety.

I used to suffer with panic attacks - the solution to these is that you have to make yourself go out. I know, it sounds really harsh but the longer you avoid these situations, the worse your panic attacks will get and before long, you'll be totally housebound.

It's quite tough to lose so much weight in such a short time period and it's not guaranteed that by losing the weight you will suddenly lose your insecurity and stop having panic attacks.

Watch what you eat, eat healthy wholesome foods and work out for 50 minutes a day, 5 times a week. Ignore the calorie counter, most only give an approximation anyway.

Go outside with a parent or friend who knows about your attacks, when you feel one coming - and it's a horrible feeling - let them know, but try to take slow deep breaths and tell yourself that nothing is going to harm you, you'll be fine and this moment will soon pass.
