While we all come in different shapes and sizes I think you look great the way you are. But as a girl, I completely understand why you want to lose wieght. First I think that you should set a more realistic weight loss goal. Look at how much you are supposed to weigh and go from there. 100 pounds in a year is too much. The best thing is to find someone to work out with, or find something physical you enjoy so that you don't look at it as working out but having fun. DO NOT starve yourself by going on a diet because they hardly ever work. Just simply cut back on what you are eating and avoid sugary drinks such as soda. Diet works great and once you get used to it it tastes great too. also, don't forget to drink plenty of water and it would help to take a mulit-vitamin everyday. Remember, breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Good luck!Health Question & Answer

Eat anything you want, but count calories. Look at the serving size and if it's like 2.5 servings per packet and a certain number of cal. and you want to eat the whole packet, multiply the serving size by the number of cal per serving to get the number you'll be eating. Don't go over 1400 cal. a day, then as your body gets used to it, take it down to 1200 cal to keep losing. Health Question & Answer

FIrst. I think you should take out your picture....

2nd - eat healthy... No fast food, no soda, no Chocolates and NO FOOD after 8 PM...

3rd - drink COLDER water

4th - RUN... running for 20 mins is better then walking for 60 mins

5th - set a possible goal... and dont beleive all the commercials you see and buy some stupid crap.. they are most likely not gonna work... n u would end up losing your hopes

5th - lose some weight :pHealth Question & Answer

P90X may be your answer, seriously it worked for me. But I'm guessing it is a bit extreme for you at the moment. Try another program by the same company called Ten Minute Trainer. Great routine for women and only takes 30 minutes a day!

get a partner! discipline is the most important thing! Start counting calories and make a chart, something visual you can see every day. Power walk if you must but keep up the exercise. Health Question & Answer

No offense I think your face is very pretty. However try not to wear such tight things they make your body look worse.

You look great for 205lbs! You look like you weigh a lot less. 100lbs is too low. You should weigh somewhere between 108 and 145.Health Question & Answer

Yeah... You are overweight and its good your making the change.

To lose that weight is going to take a lot of effort so your just gunna have to find some type of excersise that you love so when your bored you'll do it! Take up a dance class, yoga class, tennis team, volleyball, other sports, ect.
Get a gym membership. You have to jog at least 2 hours a day (which should take you no less than 7 miles or more)
Along with that do some weight training and take up one class I offered above.

I lost 30 pounds in 4 months running everday and eating 1000 calories a day a long with dance class 2 hours a week.

Your gunna have to give up acohol is you go out drinking because it has ALOT of calories. This is an example of a healthy 1,000 calories diet:

Breakfast: (Have a glass of tea before the meal to relax and wake you up which will get your metabolism going)
1/2 grapefruit
1 apple
1 glass of fat free milk
1 light and fit fat free vanilla yogurt
300cals

Do your jogging 2 hours after breakfast

Lunch-
1 cup steamed brocoli (add nothing but water in cooking)
a serving of low fat cottage cheese on one piece of whole wheat bread
(or you could put a few pieces of turkey breast if you don't like cottage cheese)

Equals -300 cals

Snack- 2 carrot sticks and handful of almonds
160 cals

Resistance Training/ or class

Dinner:
1 glass of water
3oz salmon cooked in oven with no oil (you just have to put water in pan and it won't stick believe me) Put garlic, lime juice, and peppers for seasoning
1/2 baby spinach (NO DRESSING)
equals- 240 cals

Total- 1,000 calories

See, thats a well balanced healthy diet with just a little bit of bread because you need it for energy.
Hope you lose the weight! Good luck!

Don't have any motivation.? Get a personal trainer and a nutrituionist! They will help you eat right and exercise. Can't afford it.? Well then, i'll just tell you what to do. Exercise: Before you eat anything in the morning, go on a run. Try to start with half a mile and work your way up to 5 miles within a year. also, buy some 5 or 8 pound weights and do basic arm exersises listening to music. For abs, I suggest getting one of those small exercise balls to crunches on and do them for 3 minutes a day. Record how many you did each day so you can see your progress. Plus, just doing simple things will help. Such as taking the stairs, stand while you watch TV, and stretch alot. Maybe sign up for a weekly arobic class at your local health club. Diet: For breakfast, eat a small portion of one of these cerials- special K, fiber one, or grape nuts. Along with one of these fruits- clementine, pomegramite, or blueberries. For Lunch try to have lots of veggies such as- celery (did you know that you actually loose more calories eating celery than you do gaining.?!), lettuce, or cucumbers. And for protein try turkey or chicken. For dairy try to drink a glass of skim milk a day and maybe a fat free low sugar yogurt for a snack. For dinner, dont go out. Have salads or turkey or chicken or greens or egg whites or whole grain pasta (small serving, but you do need some carbs) or whole grain bread (again small serving.) I have to go to ballet class now so good luck and happy loosing!!!!!!!! hope i helped!!!!!Health Question & Answer

Well (no offense) dressing for your body type will definitely help you feel a little "skinnier". I would suggest that you continue to eat healthy, take your vitamins, and work out at least 4 times a week. Loosing weight is a lot of work but is definitely worth in the end. Cardio helps you burn the must calories; try the elliptical machine at the gym (it's my favorite and works the best). Sauna will also help to open up your pours and help you sweat out more calories. Haha. You might want to get a trainer to help with the motivation. Good luck, I'm sure you can do it! :o)Health Question & Answer
