Anything with a lot of fiber and/or protein will make you feel fuller.
But make sure that when you have something high in fiber or protein that you also drink a lot of water with it. Fiber and protein take longer for your body to digest, so it can cause some discomfort if you don't drink a lot WITH the food you're eating. Fiber is especially important to have water with.
