Answers:
That's good that you're making some changes.

And it's different for everybody. You can expect results after a few months or more. It all depends.

Some people have more endurance to begin with. Me, I have been an athlete, health-nut all my life, but I have sports-induced asthma, how ironic haha. My endurance isn't great to begin with either. I have to work at it. I'm a sprinter not a long distance athlete. Endurance, in my opinion, is hereditary.

Just work at it, cardio at intervals is best way to increase endurance. Intervals just mean to keep a steady pace at warm-up, increase intensity (hills, inclines), sprint for a few, return to baseline and repeat a few times. start out slow and don't over do it, you don't want to set your standards too high or you'll feel like quitting.

for more look at this website, it's fantastic and simple to follow, they have many interval cardio workouts for beginners to advanced exercisers, etc

Well firstly, I need to stop it with the cigarettes. People use those as a crutch. They often times start them because their going through stress; so then they end up needing them just to live and that is sad. They become a slave. And that will cause you to deal with all types of problems in that negative way.

It's going to take time to get your cardo back. Depending on your age of course and how much you smoked. This process will be much faster if you workout and build your lungs back up. But if you don't work out at all, your cardo would most likely never get back to normal.Health Question & Answer

dependes on ur system. like i broke my coallar bone and was out for 2 months and eat heaps of crapp foods and my fitness dropped heaps . but after a month i got it back from doing 5-7 sets of diffrent sports a week and eating well . to get ur vardio back (these may sound queer ) areboics is very good but i no it isn't a very manly ting to do . so if u don't like that sign up for boxing or kickboxing or mauy thai or something like that to get ur heart goin . also depends on how commited u are to get it back . one other thing u could do is the obvisoue thing and join a gym .
