Question: What are some ways to get energized for the following day.?
Saturday I have a cheerleading competition and I need some ideas or foods to be really strong and energized. Health Question & Answer

fruits, vegetables, dairy, lean meats, grains and oils. theyre all very important and will give you natural energy. also regularly exercise. that will give you energy too. dont eat fatty foods or energy drinks they'll decrease your stamina.

my sisters and i used to run cross country, and my sisters used this stuff once called gu energy. and they said it really worked. it doesn't make you shaky or anything, you eat it right before, or maybe 10 minutes before the competition and it lasts for a long time. :]]
