Can anybody give me any advice about diets?!


Question: Can anybody give me any advice about diets.?
I've try a lot of diets, but nothing seems to work.. I exercise every single day, and all I've lost in 4 months is 3 pounds.. I don't eat junk food or eat out. I occasionally drink coke. I don't eat breakfast I can't it grosses me out. Can it be that I skip breakfast and don't eat until 2pm to 3pm lunch. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong...

As someone who has struggled with weight problems, I have to tell you diets just don't work. I spent two years dieting, lost 30 pounds to gain it all back in a span of 5 years. I am very upset with myself, but have come to realize, that I need a lifestyle change,not a diet. Pills and shakes wont take you far. Sometimes, you just need to accept your body for what it is. Alot of people in this world suffer far worse things...think of cancer patients, people missing limbs...things like that.

I know being at a weight your are uncomfortable with really brings your esteem down, but just focus on the exercise, and just eat healthy. Someone told me 6 small meals work way better than three large meals. When you eat large meals you make your body work overtime. also, starving your body slows down your metabolism. If you eat smaller meals throughout the day, your metabolism with be working all through the day. Now, three of the six can be salads, or yogurts, things like that. Don't skip breakfast. Even if you eat toast with a glass of milk, have something in your stomach. Drink a protein shake if you are not really a morning eater.

also, if you have been working out, remember muscle weighs more than fat, so you might be losing fat and gaining muscle. Don't depend on the scale too much, instead look at how your clothes are fitting you.
