Question: Will i loose weight with what im doing.?
I run 4 days a week. Mon-Thursday because on friday i get out of school at 9pm and its already to late... i change my way of eating...for breakfast i only drink a coffee... with splenda...for lunch i eat like a tuna sandwish..then for dinner like at 4 or 5 i eat whatever my mom makes... after that meal i dont eat anything at all.. only drink lots of water.. then at 7:30 i go run.

Is this a good way to loose weight.? also in about how long will i see some results.? help please i wanna know if im doing good o no.?Health Question & Answer

You definitively have to eat more at breakfast!! try whole grain cereals with skim milk, or a sandwich with whole grain bread, chicken ham and cheese, and don't forget a piece of fruit. That way you'll have enough energy throughout the day and you won't get so hungry later. And keep exercising!! That's a great way to loose some weight and tone up your body. The best way to judge if you are doing well is to measure yourself this is much more accurate than the scales as when you build your muscle mass you really become heavier - muscle weighs more than fat.
