i am 146 lbs in the morning
i am 140 lbs in the afternoon
and i am 144 lbs. at night

Water weight. Do you notice that your hands, arms or feet are swollen or a little puffy when you wake up.? If so it could be a medical issue and you might want to see a doc. Health Question & Answer
You shouldn't weigh yourself this often. Weight fluctuates just by going to the toilet, eating, etc.
A good way to accurately watch yr weight is to do it monthly, or weekly if you are dieting.
