Why am I so dizzy?????!


Question: Why am I so dizzy.?.?.?.?.?
I just recently went onto a diet. I have been eating a lot less and eating less sugary foods, running 1 mile a day, 50 sit ups, 50 push ups, and lifting 300lbs. Could all of the exercise and the eating be doing it.? I have been dizzy all day today. Please help!Health Question & Answer

Your body is probably trying to tell you something, try halving the exercise and eating more fruit (if you don't want to eat junk food full of sugar.
