A good way to build biceps is the following: Hold a "too heavy" dumbbell in one hand in the curl position. Help it to the top of curl position with your other hand, then let it down slowly with the arm you are working. It`s called a negative curl. Work both arms separately for 6 or 8 reps. Another way is called a reverse curl where the bell is held palm down. This method works the forearms as well. Search for "reverse curl" & you will find loads of info. Another good forearm workout can be achieved with a wrist roller. You can make your own with a broom handle & a length of cord. Search the web for wrist roller, you will see many pix to go by. The best single (I think) exercise is performed by holding the roller straight out in front at shoulder height & rolling the weight all the way up & down by curling the wrist upwards first. Then repeat the exercise by curling the wrist downwards all the way up & back down. It will become clear when you try it. Hope this helps. Health Question & Answer

The obvious way to burn fat is to eat less and workout more, the issues appear when we really try to put that into operation! There are plenty of opportunities to fail in the real world aren't there.?!
