Question: Can cycling really help you slim down.?
I just wanted to know if I can loose some weight through cycling. Coz I'm 13 y.o and my weight is 60kg and my height is 5'2. I dont think it's normal. I'm starting to plan on cycling.. can cycling really help.? Thank you! :-)Health Question & Answer

Well, if your going to start exercising.. you're at a good age so yeah.. it shouldn't really be too difficult, hopefully.
One way to know that it's doing you good should be:
That your breathing heavily but NOT out of breath.
If your doing that then yeah, it's doing you a lot of good sweat-heart.
Try to cycle every day, a little further each time. 10 minutes the first day, 15 the next etc.. And as you progress, start cycling up hills and stuff to really make you feel the burn.
Your thighs will definitely get a lot slimmer, but if its your stomach your worried about, try some sit ups too. :)
