Good way to work lower abs?!


Question: Good way to work lower abs.?
so im doing about 150 crunches a few times a day and i can only get my upper abs defined, its like all ripped up top but nothing on my lower abs..how do i get to them.?Health Question & Answer

Leg raises Carlos. They hit the lower abs. You can do them a couple of different ways: Lie on your back and lift your knees towards your head until your butt gets off the floor slightly and repeat about 100 times ( 3 sets of 20-15-15). And then lift your legs all the way to the ceiling ( same number of reps and sets).Health Question & Answer
