Exercise program for women (not gym)?!


Question: Exercise program for women (not gym).?
I am a woman, and I want to have nice abs and not too much but muscular arms and legs. I am not 'fat', but im not perfectly toned. I want to eventually look like this just a little more muscular arms in this pic (If you've seen national treasure 2 the blonde girl who walks up to riley's book signing table, i really liked her arms) :

I have the 2 left exercise videos in this pic:

And i also have an ab workout with another firm instructor, Nang Tucker, I can't find a pic of the dvd. Anyways here is a exercising schedule that I want to do:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday - maximum cardio burn (50 min.)
ab workout (8 min.)
lift weights arms (10 min.)
exercise bike (1 mile)

Tuesday and Friday - total sculpt ( i think it's 45 min - 55 min)
ab workout (8 min)
lift weights arms (10 min.)
exercise bike (1 mile)

Ok, is this too much or too less.?
Will get me to my goal.?
How long will it take.?

I am also cutting down my portion sizes about 1/2 then what I used to eat.

Do you have any other program reccomendations that worked for you.?

I really need answers! It is SO much appreciated!
