Question: Is this a good workout for a 15 yr old..?
i do this workout 2-3 times a week, depending on how saw i am. ok i have my days of rest inbetween.
i do 5 minutes of this. 10 push ups then 10 sit ups. non stop. 3-5 times or even more if possible.
is this workout bad for me. is it going to increase muscle size and if so will it increase my max effort and strength.? thanks. Health Question & Answer

this workout is not going to make u gain maxiumum muscle and fitness..
it is only going to tighten u up a little bit.. that is all.. its not enough muscle stimulus and muscle breakdown to increase muscle size
if u want to pack on muscle.. then go to the gym.. workout every muscle each once a week
spend one workout on 2 different muscles
workout for 45 - 60 mins
concentrate on lower reps 6- 8
the next week do higher reps 10 - 12
u need to trian triceps, chest, biceps, back, shoulders, legs,

This is not going to build up muscle mass, it's only going to build up density. It's not bad but you should also incorporate somethin g like squats for your lower body. And yes, it will increase your strength over time.Health Question & Answer
