Question: I've been under 100 pounds all my life and would like to....?
i've been trying to gain some weight but want to be healthy at the same time...what types of food or what can i do to gain weight.?.?Health Question & Answer


Answers:
If you maintain your same diet but add lots of protein you will slowly gain weight. But stay healthy, don't change your whole diet to only protein. thats unhealthy. If you want to do more than that lift wieghts. Less cardio more lifting. The lifting will provide some cardio especially if you do high rep sets of squats and bench press.
