Question: Can you tell me some excersises to tone up my legs, bum and tummy.?
i really want to tone up, so i can gain some more self confidence. can you guys suggest some exercises to tone up my thighs, bum and tummy, and maybe provide some diagrams of the exercises if possible.? thank you :)

try the chair sit:
1) stand up straight (you can hold 5 pound weights for increased difficulty)
2) bend your legs until they are almost parralell to the ground. Try not to let your knees go over your toes. It should look like you are sitting in an invisible chair.
3) raise you arms above your head and point them at a 45 degree angle, making your elbowstounch around your ears.

go swimming! it will work your whole body, and you will enjoy it too. best exercise ever! grab a flutter board at the pool, hold your arms around it, and swim on your stomach, just kicking your legs to move. it will be the greatest workout for your thighs and bum. good luck!Health Question & Answer
