Question: Get rid of my weight before Halloween..?
I'm going to be Ms. New York and Im going to have a mini dress. I'd really like to lose some weight so I can look very slimming in it.

Is there any way I could lose oh say 10 Pounds in 2 weeks.? Is it possible.?

When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together.

you don't eat wheat then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey
cakes, you don't eat junk food, and you don't eat biscuits. But your
diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to
calculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising,
start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the
most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a
lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack,
disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target
your problem areas for men and women. It's not necessarily to become a
bodybuilder or even join a gym - a couple of dumbbells will help you

Loosing weight too fast is really not recommended. As others recommended, you shuld try the Slim and Lift, it's like a nice back-up plan to have better curves when you are in a hurry. As for loosing weight eventually, I'd recommend less junk food (don't know if you are a fast food eater) more, exercices, about 30 to 45 minutes everyday, within a few months you should be able to loose those pesky pounds!Health Question & Answer

It is very nice outdoor! Go for regular long walks. Avoid Candies and fast between sun rise and sunset to not eat and drink. Whenever you think about food or drink, find a quite place and do 15 to 30 minutes stretching sessions to rest and relax. In the end if you don't loose this much weight, you will still look very good, relax and well rested.

Buy spanx. Its underwear that sucks your rolls in. Its just not feasible or healthy to try to lose 10 lbs in 2 weeks. Aim to lose 10 pounds in a month or two, and then its more likely. too bad we can't postpone halloween. Health Question & Answer
