I eat a ton of grilled chicken and green beans. Is this bad?!

Question: I eat a ton of grilled chicken and green beans. Is this bad.?
My diet consists of the following: Breakfast lately has been just grilled chicken and sometimes an apple. Lunch more grilled chicken mixed with a can or two of green beans. And dinner can of green beans and lettuce mixed together. With chicken too of course. My question is this: Am I getting too much protein.? I run normally about a half hour to 40 min at a 7.0-7.5 mph pace and work at a desk job so I am not active throughout the day, just at night when I run. I went without chicken for so long (for like 2 yrs with virtually NO protein, and having started to eat it again I just LOVE it!) So am I eating way too much.? I am currently getting about 120 or more grams per day and I am 5'1 and currently around 123 lbs .... With 23percent body fat.Health Question & Answer

Answers:
Whether or not you're getting enough protein is less of a concern than whether or not you're getting enough other nutrients. Chicken, apples and green beans are not unhealthy, but you're not getting enough variety in your diet, nor the nutrients that are in other foods.

And as for canned vegetables, they're a mixed bag. Some nutrients are eliminated by the cooking/canning process involved, but others are made available for absorption by breaking down the cell walls that would otherwise prevent your body from using them.

I don't know the circumstances of your deprivation of certain foods (were you in a prison camp or something.?), but it clearly isn't healthy for you since you proceed to "binge" on them afterward. Throw some fish or red meat in there somewhere, and please try to get some other types of fruits and vegetables as well. Your limited diet will surely make you deficient in a number of nutrients/vitamins.Health Question & Answer

You'd have to exercise to gain weight, you're only not gaining now, not losing anything. Don't ever eat vegetables from a can, please! That's so gross!Health Question & Answer
