I'm 12 years old, 5'4, and 140 pounds. I wanna lose weight like super fast. Like 20 pounds in 2 weeks. It sounds hard, but any tips. Health Question & Answer

No, honey, it's not hard.
It's impossible.

You can't gain 20lbs in 2 weeks, so what makes you think you'll lose it.? There's no magic that occurs in your body to make fat suddenly appear and disappear. It all takes time. also, remember that the faster you lose it, the faster you GAIN IT ALL BACK. That sounds fun, torture your body for two weeks only to see that all your efforts were for nothing.

You can lose weight healthily though, and it will come pretty fast since you're young.

Whatever you do do not starve yourself. Eat high protein, high vegetable meals only. If you starve yourself you will not lose any weight, you may even gain weight, because your body will go into survival mode and start storing extra fat because it's trying to protect itself.

my gosh what is the world coming to these days ... if you loose weight too quickly you get the thin silver lines that show everyone what you have done, i wouldn't advise it. also from a medical standpoint it's not that healthy either .... you're going to cause more porblems than you fix. also learn to love yourself!
