Question: Am I Overweight.? (*Pic).?
I know that I'm not overly "fat" but I think that I am slightly overweight. Please, can you tell me the truth.?
also, any good tips to loose some weight (fat) while not loosing any muscles..etc..? (Esp. Getting a toned stomach.?) I'm willing to listen to anything.
