Good workout plan for six pack abs.?
Day 1 run 5 km, walk 1 km lifting 5 pound weights, eleptical trainer for half hour, stationary bike for 1 hour, 8 minute abs workout video.
Day 2 500 crunches on ab lounge, 200 5 pound weight curls in each arm, 8 minute abs workout video 3 times, 50 medicine ball sit-ups on slanted bench, 30 min of cardio and 5 reps of 1 min planks.
Day 3 Day 1 workout
Day 4 Day 2 workout
Day 5 Day 1 workout
Day 6 Day 2 workout
Day 7 rest!
also healthy diet, 8 hours of sleep, no pop or junk, tuna:) chicken, 8 glasses of water, V8, barley green pills, dill pickles for snacks, low cal diet about 1,500 cals a day. How long would this start to see results in my abs.? I'm 13, 108 pounds, 5 foot 1 chek out this video on youtube for pictures of my belly so u can guess how long it would take to see abdominal results. Answers:
I have tightened my abs by doing this:
I drink a protein shake in the morning
I then have a snack later of fruit and cottage cheese, or yogurt or something similar with a water based drink (flavored water, tea, etc)
For lunch, I eat a wrap or a sandwich or chef salad, and apple sauce or something similar with another water based drink.
Next work break, I have another protein shake.
Light dinner like a chicken breast, veggie and a roll with water based drink again.
The thing that I have noticed to help the most helpful is leg lifts, and surprisingly enough, I hold my abs in the form of how I want them to look, like aligning my posture, and tightening my abs, and holding them flexed while breathing normally for as long as I can. I take a break and do it again. It's great cause I drive 40 min to work, and I sit at a desk, so I can do it whenever I want. It is actually tightening my ab muscles! Good luck!

oh, and by the way, don't over do it, it can do more harm than good. Just eat healthy, drink lots of water, and exercise 3-4 days a week. You have to give your muscles time to heal in between working them! You are only 13, take time to grow. If you do sit ups and crunchies you will get your abs defined but it can take a long time. You have a lot of growing to do in between times.Health Question & Answer
