it depends what you eat, how much water you drink daily, and if you've been drinking different drinks with calories in them..if you go from pop to water you could lose as much as 5-10 pounds...because your cutting away from a sugary drink..but if you drink water mostly, and increase it, who knows..plus you need to exercise as well..what foods are you eating, how much water you drinking daily, 4 glasses 8 glasses.? remember to try to drink 8-10 glasses of water daily.
