Models or people who wear clothes for normal catalogs say the waist and hips should equal height. That balances the body.

I know for a woman 5' 4" :
She stays at 26 waist and 38 hip to equal 64" in height.
That woman is hot!

not exactly sure do not really know.. meet up with a personal trainer....
but i think it would be on average and most people are not very fit.... 150- 155lbs
if u are fit then i would say 120 - 125lbs
very lean
well u gotta start lifting weights... doing more cardio, eating better
