Hun, you can get rid of any type of fat if you work hard at it. Make sure to eat healthy foods and eat the right amount according to your size, weight and age. Exercise daily, starting slow and working your way up. There are heaps of stomach crunches and stomach exercises you can look up on the internet. Push-up's help!!
