Six pack and toned body?!


Question: Six pack and toned body.?
I'd kill to have a six pack. i weight train 5 (3-4 days of abs )days a week and i've never been able to get one. how can i build one up. i dont want a full groce one seeing as i ama girl but i'd like something!!! help!Health Question & Answer

u need to do more reps for ur abs and the right exercises like sit ups, crunches, reverse crunches, bicycle etc do at least 10 reps of 15 for each. also for a toned body do more strength training or more reps and it takes time with certain areas so u are going to have to patient. also u need to be on a good diet cuz u can pack all the abs u want but it will be hidden under fat if you dont eat healthy and do cardio and aerobics.
