I don't diet and I try to shun anything that claims to be "diet foods". Most of them are gimmicky anyway. I eat whole, real foods. I try and shun anything with enriched flour (fancy wording for what), corn syrup, high fructose corn syrup, hydrogenated oils, partially hydrogenated oils, artificial colors, artificial flavors, anything that looks as though man creatd it in a lab, and not created in nature by God. I live on whole grains, beans, soy (including tofu), fruits and veggies. I constantly eat and could stand to gain some weight. (I'm six feet, 155.)

I don't worry about calories or counting them. I have better things to do, like tickle attack my daughter, or even change her diaper for the fifth time in one hour. The only evil carbs, in my opinion are the ones from the processed white junk. I refuse to do any kind of diet that tells me that fruits and veggies (or even beer and wine, which I do drink on occasion, a few times a week, now that my daughter doesn't nurse exclusively) are off limits just because they contain carbs.

Check out the link from another answer for site links. For now, I'm going to nurse my daughter.
