ok i looked at the scale today and i weighed a lot now its time i need to lose weight i can bearly breath and i think if i get skinny i might be popular or something have a bf i have never been asked to a dance before or went on a date and its really sad i never had a bf in my life and i need something that will help me now please i mean i need to lose weight i cant order stuff and everytime i get hungry i eat does someone have this thing that doesnt make you hungry or advice bout it please i look around at all the skinny girls and i think y cant be like that so please helppppppppppppp thanksHealth Question & Answer

Wel the key is eat healthy. get all the nutrients you need. (cause still in puberty) starving wont help. And its a fact that haveing a big complete breakfast compared to nothing makes you healthier and loose weight. and excersize. Like take a jog a day then rest on sundays to heal ur mucles. also pilates yoga and ab jam help tone ur mucles and loose weight. But the more you excersize the more protein you need cause ur not only loosing fat but ur gaining mucle which you need to feed to get stronger. :D if you need to lose weight at all or just a phase. hope i helped! :DHealth Question & Answer

Erm just try wat healthier /smaller portions and balance out your exercise regime. Theres no point denying yourself food if you happen to get hungry a lot, your body will only go into starvation mode and it will retain more weight.I get fuller with smaller portions but I can imagine how it feels to be hungry and have to deny yourself,.So dont do that,and dont worry about never have being on a date.Thats the case for ltos of girls even skinny pretty ones so dont beat yourself up about it sweetie.Plus being skinny will not solve any problems,you might think that but it wont.Best of luck xHealth Question & Answer

RELAX.... look first thing you have to admit to yourself is this, r you doing this for yourself or are you doing it for other people. if your doing it for you self and yes you can lose wweight. try to eat tings with fiber, they keep you full for longer times meaning you have to eat less but not be unhealthy. eat alot of greens no more chochloate and excersie, walk to start then when YOU feel confortable jog then run dont ever jog or run if someones telling you to and your not confotable becasue you can hurt yourself. be safe and eat rpoper.

Keep it simple initially. Start off by going for a walk for 30 mins a day, somewhere safe and not too late at night! Try to walk at a brisk pace and if its safe to do so, you could take an MP3 player or a friend! When you eat, stop eating when you are not actually hungry anymore... If you leave a little food when you are full thats fine, gradually reduce your portions to what you will actually require to fill you up. Why not join a class.? Aerobics or aqua aerobics.? You'll meet new people and have some fun too.

If you are genuinely overweight you will lose weight quickly. Too many women focus on food to control weight, you cant avoid the need for exercise, walking is a better fat burning exercise than running for the same duration. You might want to speak to your doctor about a change in exercise and diet habits too.

If you exercise you WILL burn calories and lose weight and increase your fitness. Its unavoidable. After exercise your metabolism will still be working hard for some time afterwards.

also drink plenty of cold water (a water jug in the fridge is ideal) this uses calories because your body expends energy warming it up! also this will reduce your appetite and be good for your health and to ensure you stay hydrated now you're walking more.
