Question: How much weight can i healthly lose in a week.?
Im 335lbs 6'1 im a former linemen and im in the process of losing weight i already lost like 10-15 lbs but this weekend im going to dorney park and their were certain rides i couldn't fit on and i hate people feeling sorry for me but the only 3 ride i couldn't fit on were hang time, hydra, and there new one voodoo they say it was my shoulder and chest cause i don't have a really huge gut but i do have some big legs as well but here's my training schedule. I work out three times a day(cardio) and lift every other day my diet consist of high protein low carbs lots of veggies.......oh and don't worry about the amount of cardio im doing i did crazier stuff when i played football at 280lb and by the way that's my goal im 18 if that helpsHealth Question & Answer

For one, men tend to lose weight quicker than women, so I would guess you could lose up to 5-8lbs a week in the first month's routine, and then go back down to 2-5lbs after one month each week. Larger individuals tend to lose more weight in the beginning and then level off once they reach a much smaller weight.

Eating 5 small meals a day will really rev up your metabolism too, and keep you burning more calories a day.
