just a few questions about the p90x
i understand you have to do the program for 90 days, 1 hour everyday. what happens if you miss a day.?
also, i travel A LOT, i would be able to get the resistance bands, but the hotels that I stay at sometimes don't have a chin up bar. Is there something that you could do in lieu of chin-up/pull-ups.
i know a lot of food plans want you to eat fish, is there anything else to substitute instead of fish.?

Missing a day is OK. Just get back on track as soon as you can. How you handle it is up to you. If I miss a resistance day I do it the next day. If I miss a cardio day I skip it and stay on course the next day. That's just me and how I work it. I try not to miss days though :)
I too travel 3 - 4 days per week. I use the door attachment for the back exercises. You can get it at beachbody. It is the upgrade kit. i think it is the 1st thing under accessories in the webstore. I use the black bands and the door attachment and it works great! also sometimes I do the lat tower at the Gym instead.
If you do not like fish just substitute a lean meat like Chicken or very lean beef. You will miss some of the nutrients that fish provides but you should also be taking supplements so you will be fine ;)
