The first one is the hardest but once you say no the first time, its much, much easier to say no the next times because you know you can do it. The things I usually do is if I'm hungry for something is I make myself do ten push-ups and ten more if I keep thinking about it...and then sometimes I'll brush my teeth....or I'll look at a good picture of me or get the pair of skinny jeans out that I can't wear yet and tell myself I'll never get into these if I give up so easily. :)Health Question & Answer

Did you ever hear of the Paul McKenna's TV show 'I can make you thin.?'

He has several approaches to this.
One that worked for me is to take your thumb and index finger on your right hand, and make that touch to form a circle. Close your eyes, and imagine your favourite junk food, whatever it may be. Now, think of a food that you absolutely cannot stand. Now, imagine the two being mixed together. Maybe try imagining some hair from the barber shop floor, some crushed worms or dirt, or a sampling of garbage, being mixed into your favourite food. Now imagine having to take a bite of it, having to chew it slowly and taste it, feel the texture.

Then, take your thumb and index finger on your left hand and pinch them together. Think of a time in your life when you were in pure bliss, or very truly happy. Close your eyes and visualize it, replay it over and over again in your mind.

What happens is you sub-consiously make the connection with pinching your thumb and index finger on your right hand to that feeling of pure disgust, and doing the same on the left will make the connection to happiness, and that feeling of digust goes away.

Now, everytime you crave a junk food, pinch your thumb and index finger on your right hand and imagine that repulsive dish, and being forced to eat it. Imagine this until you do not crave the food anymore, then pinch your fingers on your left to get back to that place of happiness.

Remove all the food you crave from the house, or simply just eat something sweet, such as a piece of fruit like banana and apple.
