100 calories a day would be like eating one apple a day. Yes, it would cause some of the symptoms you listed. If you are considering doing this or any other dangerous dieting I would get some counseling, because it would be considered anorexia. A better way to diet would to simply add up the calories you eat on a normal day, and try to lower it by 10%-20%, if it is above 1,000 calories.
