Question: How do i make sure i dont put weight back on.?
Not me, I'm asking on behalf of someone.
She has been eating 100-300 calories a day for a month, and has lost about 19kg. (combined with lots of exercise)
She is now at a weight she loves, how does she not gain the weight back.? Her BMR is 1600.?

She should slowly increase the amount of calories that she is eating a day, Otherwise you if jump up a lot to 1600 calories immediately you'll gain weight b/c the metabolism won't be up to speed since it is used to not haveing a lot to digest and it is going to think to put the food in as fat b/c it thinks it might go into starvation again and then the store the energy. Don't eat unhealthy foods to gain it back either. Health Question & Answer

Your friend should see a doctor immediately, because her health is at serious risk. I'm not joking. Your friend has been dangerously overstretching her body, and is at risk of heart failure. Starving yourself like that CAN KILL YOU.

You need calories to live.
