oooh i love breakfast:

- scrambled egg omelet cooked in olive oil (add chopped onion, pepper, mushroom, tomatoes!)
- whole wheat pancakes with natural maple syrup
- yogurt with fruit
- toast with peanut butter
- oatmeal (the real kind, not the nasty instant crap) with a touch of brown sugar and a spoonful of peanut butter (natural is the best) and a tad of cinnamon on top - soooo good and filling!

those are probably my favorites. and they really aren't hard to make. the eggs with veggies probably take the most prep work but the rest are super fast and easy.Health Question & Answer

cereal is always a great choice,expecially if you eat a kind that has added benefits, like fiber one, but to mix it up you could eat egg whites, or egg substitue, because they both are high in protein, fat free and no cholestoral, lunchmeat ham is also a great thing to add with those eggs because they are lean and have lots of protein, you could even eat egg, ham and put it on a whole grain english muffin!!! and then you could always eat fruit and drink milk or water as they are both important. good luck!!Health Question & Answer

You may not be able to eat this much but I like a bowl of oatmeal with blueberries and raspberries. I usually drink some chocolate soy milk and a glass of odwalla purple machine with it. In addition I add some whole wheat toast with some olive oil on top. To top my breakfast off I usually eat some yogurt with granola and a banana. If I'm really hungry I add some protein in the form of egg beaters. I'd stay away from any fatty meats and trans fatty foods. Eat foods with high quality carbs and protein. You might even like to eat a few oz. of almonds with your breakfast. Just don't eat alot of sugar and other types of bad carbs. You get a short energy burst from these, however you want to end up eating foods that will give you a steady release of energy throughout your morning.Health Question & Answer
